As soon as the ordered food is ready for collection, the guest is notified by vibration, flashing and/or an acoustic signal.
The pager can also be used to inform customers that their table has become free or that it is their turn to be served (in a delicatessen or supermarket).
The control unit transmits the information to the take-away pager by radio.
When picking up the order, the customer returns the take-away pager at the checkout.
